I whould offer no star if that whould be possible. The staff very rude,they made ma go to polmadie impound to get my car back,am getting there on time before lunchtime and they telling me after 15 mins that my car is in Bothwell impound. I get there at 12.11pm and they charging me another day of impound for 12 mins late , that been overdue because of them fault. They refuse to refund and I have to make complaints to police and Glasgow city council. If needed,will go to court just because they unfair and just charging people money for no reason. Shame on you! Your paychecks comes from our money!

Had a breakdown, they stored my car and delivered it to a garage of my choice, well it wasn’t the garage of my choice which had a totally different name, in fact wasn’t even a garage they delivered it too. There was no confirmation of delivery, leading to me having to walk around until I find the car at the side of the road with key on the seat, due to the delivery driver not communicating with the company they dropped it outside of, would highly recommend avoiding
