Was in holiday in Cromer and had a flat battery, had roadside recovery and they suggested a new battery so we didn't need a start each day of our holiday! So we went here and bought an expensive Bosch battery. Now two years later it wont start or charge, and despite the battery being under warranty they will not help us - 4 phone calls over 10 days, we cant move the car and still no resolution. They asked us to take it in - we live 200 miles away in West Sussex! So we suggested we take it to a local Bosch service center and swap it out with the dealers sorting the credit/cost between them - 'no we use different distributors' so no help or resolution. They dont care. Took our money, now wont help when they are obliged to under warranty. Avoid these guys, happy to take money but not honour warranties on parts they supply. wish I'd gone to Halfords to get a battery now - that would be easy swap out. Wanted to support a local business, but this is what you get!
