Very bad customer service, I drop my car for repair on 12 May 2021 was told someone will call me following week Monday or Tuesday to let me know when my car was going to be ready, no one called and I started calling from Thursday but the phone is always busy and I have left several messages but nobody bothered to call back, extremely bad experience and poor communication and how I wish my insurance send me to a different garage I desperately need my car since they also refused to give me a courtesy car which I was entitled (service used:body work) had to select MOT because they don't give you body work option.

I would like to thank the Receptioness and that dept as well for the attention that i received on the 4 visit that I have made to the Jutsum Road dept. My car is a now a diffrent car in preformance. Your staff obviously know what they are doing and I would to thank them as well, Thank you
