Following a recent full service my daughter arranged which came to almost £500, I contacted them to query information and prices following the work that had been carried out (NB. I myself advised my daughter to go ahead with recommendation based on what she was told and relayed to myself) £82.50 to clear a washer blockage (which we knew about but we were clearing by blowing air down the jets). My daughter was under the impression the price the quoted included replacing jets! Coolant reported as off colour so recommended change, technician explained in such as way that it sounded serious (could be oil) but offered no follow-up or next steps Items detailed in online booking form weren't even looked at (door handle issue) Car returned with air conditioning blowing warm (it was absolutely fine last summer). Health Check is meant to cover general check of air conditiong. No health check documentation provided Services noted as 'including', stipulating oil and filters although there is a seperate charge for them My daughter felt she was taken advantage of They didn't seem interested, more of a go away and inflated justifications. I offered a meeting to discuss but this was not acknowledged. How are customers expected to feel valued when challenges feel rejected and feedback rebuffed. This is not the first time but it will be the last time we use them!
