I bought my ford focus from them in January 2023 at the time of sale car has some issues and still waiting for garrage to book my appointment to fix the issues. Car is still under 1yr warranty,beside that very unprofessional staff

Gave my Galaxy for service , after service they took the engine cover off and didnt put back, after couple of months i noticed and asked about the engine cover the receptionist said its too late now to enquire. Very bad experience.

I had a leak for my car , 2012 model , thought Ford garage would be able to fix it , they charged me for diagnostics but did not fix the leak , took almost four attempts for them to fix the leak ,I would have been better off in a local garage with my pocket as well as my health as it stressed me a lot . Very annoying and disappointed with Ford .
