My Vauxhall car (our only family car) recently developed a problem with the gear stick turret which resulted in the gear stick being inoperable in the middle of driving and the car 'jamming' in a forward high gear. Tony and his Service Team at Davidson's explained their suspicions on the possible fault and were very clear in what they proposed to do. They were able to quickly carry out the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price and facilitated keeping me mobile whilst doing so. The staff are very customer focused, courteous, pleasant and explain all the procedural steps succinctly and clearly. The customer is filled with total confidence that all will be well. It is very reassuring to know that good old fashioned customer standards and meticulous attention to detail, can be applied so effectively these days. The team and the overall service is absolutely first class. Thoroughly recommended.
