This is the worst service provided in my life, I bought two brand new Mustangs from Hendy Ford coshan, a MachE and a Mach1. It was very easy to buy it from them. Today I'm having problems charging my MachE at home or work and I can't even talk to a person from the support in Coshan to resolve such problem in a car that is still under warranty. I am selling my two Fords and never more to buy from this company again. Such a shame!

I would not recommend using this dealership whatsoever. My father passed away in 2021 four days after purchasing a used car. Initially Hendy offered to buy the car back (despite the car being sold virtually and was subject to a "no fuss refund within 14 days"). They even had to refer to their outsourced solicitors to find out if what I was saying was true (even though my solicitor had sent me over my rights). After about 3 weeks, we received the money, although I had to chase them for an update. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH - USE A MAIN DEALERSHIP THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST
