Booked a test drive online to drive Hyundai Ioniq 5 n. Travelled for 1 hr from Derby as this was the closest dealer with car available. Email sent to confirm booking but upon arrival was told there was no car available. Fair enough, so we wanted to test drive the normal Ioniq 5. Was then told there was not enough staff for us to test drive! Even though we booked a test drive of the Ioniq n online. Wasted trip and time. Will not be considering any Hyundai product again due to this poor experience.

I initially had a great experience buying my car from here. The sales team were helpful and professional. However, everything that followed has been incredibly disappointing. From faulty parts, no communication to booking issues and leaving my car in a substandard condition. Altogether, a chaotic and frustrating experience that doesn’t reflect the professionalism I expected from a dealership.
