Jaybee Motors purpose built workshop has 8 bays including an MOT Class 4 test bay capable of testing all makes cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 Tonnes. It is equiped with 3 state of the art Clip diagnostic Computer platforms capable of testing Renault and handles most of all makes too. The factory trained technicians have received Renault specific product training, and also carry out regualr servicing and repairs. We have very competitive labour rates and offer discounts on labour and fitted parts on older vehicles. I'm not the easiest person to please. My compliment should therefore be seen in the context that I'm a pernickety individual, particularly when the purchase in question is a new car costing £28k. I'm entitled to and expect perfection. Having never hitherto dealt with Jaybee Motors I found them to be consummate professionals. That observation not only covers the two-visit buying process but also a plethora of elementary queries I put to them in the weeks following acquisition of the vehicle (my first ev). They patiently addressed and clarified all my acclimatising 'difficulties'; the after sales service was every bit as through and painstaking as the initial encounter(s); moreover the px price I secured was exactly the market value I'd anticipated. Overall, were it mathematically possible I'd award JBMs 11 out of 10.
