They are bunch of clowns who trying to made the bill without doing anything to your car . My car was simply EGR problem. Fault Code was P0301 .They (Jemca )had quoted £2800 for head gasket replacement , which was not required for my car . Then I just went to independent garage Prius specialist in Croydon! they have repaired my car only for £250 . Fault Code has been resolved by Only clean the clogged EGR system and intake manifold. My car running better than before.I will never go there again(Jemca )! I was using them 6-7 years(Jemca)! Now I know they (Jemca)don’t even change my oil and filters when I did service! Beware about the service! I was wasting my time and money with Jemca Edware! I was visited them 2-3 weeks (4-5 times )for one simple fault code! Stay away from them. Most of the staffs and service management are incompetent! I have complained to Toyota and Jemca !

I was reminded by Jemca Toyota Edgware that my Prius needed an MOT. I called them by phone, pressed '1' for service and was referred by recorded message to the website. I clicked on Service on the website, & clicked on 'book a service'. If booking on-line is possible, you could fool me. I then got on to this website and called the number given, only to find, after 3 attempts, that it is a non-functioning number. Where do I go from here? Another service garage, I suppose.

I phoned on Friday morning. I was surprised that it was answered by a call centre. I have a Toyota Yaris that is still under Guarantee. LF19 NXD . The cover of the wing mirror keeps flying off even though I clip it back. I wanted someone to repair it for me. The very efficient man on the end of the phone naturally couldn't help me but promised somebody would reply to my phonecall by the end of the day (he didn't say which day)!!! I am still waiting. I would like to bring the car to the service centre on Thursday morning 22 April and hopefully have it fixed while I wait. Please try and arrange this for me before my car needs a new and expensive wing mirror Thank You
