Do not work for this company and I'd think twice about taking your vehicle there! I was spoke to with complete disrespect because I am a women. I was spoken to like I was absolutely nothing. Disgusting behavior for a company. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Arrogant men working for this company.

Very disappointed with this garage. Been coming here for years and recently recommended my son to the garage as a new driver. Took the VW UP in for an MOT and had no issues. However, on the service a month later, a few issues were found with the car so they carried out the work included cam belt change. What was quoted a 2 day job took around 3 weeks to complete. Just under £700 Larter and it was all complete. The issue started when a fuse had blown from the battery to the ABS. The Young mechanic who I believe is the son moved the power cable from the battery to the ABS system across one taking minutes. Unaware of the cost, I came down to collect the car and was charged £82 to move a cable across and not even replace the fuse. He was rude and ignorant when I spoke to him not seeing any good will in what he had done. Do not recommend him. Just want to make this clear this review is purely directed at him and no one else. The lady on the front dest has always been polite and felt very embarrassed about the situation the chap had caused.

Always get any agreement by Mike in writing. Take pictures of your vehicle before entering the garage. One angry customer. Windscreen crack. Mike verbally agreed for garage insurance to get repaired. 4 weeks later denying responsibility. After emails , calls .No response from garage. Paid £1,300.for mot and work (We accept) now having to find £75 excess and claim on our insurance for damage caused to windscreen
