A huge thank you to Simon Turner, who handled the repair professionally and efficiently. His knowledge, honesty and excellent communication gave me complete confidence throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear from day one that my car was in safe hands. I would also like to give special praise to Pam on reception, who was absolutely lovely. She kept me regularly updated on the progress of the repair, was always friendly and helpful, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The whole team at Newnham Park Garage provided first-class customer service. The repair was completed smoothly, communication was excellent throughout, and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. Utter cowboys! Avoid if you want your car to be roadworthy when it’s handed back.

These guys were really shocking on my most recent MOT, They never informed us it was completed, they caused damage, carried out work without asking for authorisation, staff are rude, melted wiring.
