I have never seen such a unprofessional , rude, greedy service in my whole life. Once I gave my car service , they said full service charge is £280 and ended the bill with £1021.75 for unjustified bill.

I have used them twice, although the main guy is quite abrupt in his manner it was just mots so all fine. I recommended them to my dear friend, biggest mistake ever. I am still completely shocked at the way they treated his car and him. Car went in to have a clutch check as was sticking, on the ramp something happened and it broke completely. INSTEAD of helping to sort the issue, help my friend they immediately became so awful I cannot even understand how a professional business could have acted in this manner. They were infuriated it had broke and just got out and started telling my friend to move the car off the ramp refused to explain, refused to help him, refused to talk to him about it just demanded it was removed asap and taken way. My friend had not even said anything at this point, he didn't blame them, talk rude nothing just wanted to know what happened and a quote to repair it. They left him to try move his car that had a broken clutch off the ramp. After him asking for some help for the 15th time, they got in and somehow stalled it repeatedly to get it pushed back (heaven knows what this does to a car) but they had 0 regard for the car or him as a person let alone a customer. Pushed it away from their back space at the garage and just refused to engage in helping him. Kept shouting at him to remove it off their premises. My friend is not one for conflict, even after this he was so shocked at their behaviour he did not even raise his voice, just wanted his car away from there. We managed to remove his car to a DECENT garage nearby who sorted it and were shocked at his treatment. I will not be taking my car, friends car, family members cars, neighbours, anyone's there ever again. Disgusting. Completely uncalled for. TRUST AT YOUR OWN COSTS. Defend all you want, but everyone saw how you behaved and you should be ashamed of it.
