I wish I had check the reviews before using/ trusting these lot with my car. Anyways, after asking them to help repair my car tyre and brakes pad, only to realised my AC isn’t working. At first I suspected they may have tampered with something. My intuition kept telling me something was off. The AC was clearly working before I used this Garage. Serviced/MOT my car in December 2025. No mention of nothing wrong AC. Now, if I find out you lot have tampered with any of the parts in my car I will be filing a law suit. Why I suspect something may be up. A juke matching my car was parked in the estate for several months, never moved. Until I left my car with your place, then suddenly this juke is driven to your garage by the other mechanic. I can’t make this shit up!

Do not use this garage waste of time . I had my vehicle booked in for a service but on arrival I did not like the way the place looks. The website is fantastic though. I was ask if my Electric vehicle is electric. The website states they are specialists when ask if my service history will be updated on manufactures website I was told to leave the vehicle and they will update me..Red flag also was ask how much I was quoted to do the service... The prices are online mmm.

If I could give this garage zero stars, I absolutely would. I bought a car from them in September, and the problems started immediately. The car was handed over to me with the spoiler missing, I was told it had been stolen, and I was also informed there was an oil leak caused by a fox chewing the wiring, which meant I couldn’t even test-drive it. That should have been my warning sign, but I went ahead with the purchase because of the price and mileage. I explained from the start that I would be getting an RAC inspection and would return the car if anything major was found. The RAC mechanic’s report was shocking: he said the car was not roadworthy, essentially a dangerous vehicle, and he couldn’t understand how it had passed its MOT, especially since the MOT had been done by the same garage. The mechanic called is 'a death trap'. The garage took the car back, claiming they would complete all the necessary repairs. When I received it again, I arranged a second RAC check, only to find that none of the required work had been done. The car was still in the same unsafe condition. I have now returned the vehicle and had to chase repeatedly just to get my refund. I am currently pursuing legal action to recover the costs of the multiple inspections I had to pay for due to their lack of professionalism. I would avoid this garage at all costs. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t take a car from them even if it were free.

RIP OFF Garage Please dont use this garage, they are useless. My car went into the garage for service/MOT and came out with the same problem and still passed MOT with the same issue and same alert on the dashboard. I'm thinking no work was carried out at all......Still charged for doing nothing...

Lied about work being done (service - oil change eg) and charged me! Glad they got found out and I caught them via my woman instincts (took it to another honest garage!)

I booked my car service with this mechanic through an external website that had good reviews. However, everything was a lie. They asked me for more money than what was registered and did not provide me with an invoice. But the worst thing happened when I asked for an additional job, changing the brake pads. On my way home, I heard a strange noise from the wheels and realized that they had left the wheels without a bolt and without tightening them properly. I almost had an accident. When I went back to ask for an explanation, they denied everything. I am still waiting for them to refund the cost of the bolt that I had to buy. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE MY CAR

BEWARE - We took our car there to get MOT done and as they were recommended by the AA. After two new tyres, 4 new brake saddle pads and a new box of bolt nut keys on which we spent over £800 we now have totally new worrying noises when turning left or right apparently stemming from the steering wheel shaft... It's hair-raising how this garage is operating and where the staff may have been trained or not... Never again!

stay away from these thieves if you value your health sanity and vehicle please try and use good quality home grown people....

It’s a con. Do not book through Servicing Stop. They fail MOT and then make you keep the car there till it’s “fixed” or report for illegal driving. No evidence, self made receipt etc Total con. Never again. Worst mistake.
