Took my VW in for problems opening the bonnet, I was give a quote, which I thought was reasonable, being mindful of the parts that may be required. I took the car in at the requested time and they would call me it was ready. 24 hours later I received a phone call advising me it was ready for collection. I was presented with the bill, being over £100 cheaper than quoted. They had replaced some parts with genuine VW parts and repaired the other parts. At all times the were very polite helpful and caring about my wellbeing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 10 out of 10, higher if it was possible. Thank you Saunders.
