SBK Vehicle Services

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience here with SBK Vehicle Services. They are linked with Maker Motors, where I bought a car, and items were covered under warranty. However, the latest attempt to have my car fixed has involved it sitting outside SBK Vehicle Services for three weeks and they haven’t even ordered the parts yet. I have just picked the car up as I urgently need it and nothing whatsoever has been done. The owner was not apologetic in any way.
