Expensive and do not reply to complaints. Initial booking good and had a chat with the mechanic. Went down hill from there.Presented with a huge bill that did not reflect the scope of the job or the time work started and when they rang saying completed. Bill did not show hourly labour rate nor hours spent on the job...so not transparent...just total labour cost full stop. Mechanic on bill was not the mechanic who I was told would be doing the job Reception referred to my car as a Jaguar twice when it was a Rover. Complained there must have been a mix up.in the bill and cost.Formally wrote and then emailed owner and proprietor of Simon Graeme ....received no reply whatsoever. Contacted motor ombudsman on SG website but they said investigation would take 6 months as they were very busy across the country. Contacted Citizens Advice who said if Motor Ombudsman did not resolve I could contact Trading Standars or court. This has been my awful experience with Simon Graeme Autoservices Ltd....I cannot recommend them whatsoever
