My car was seviced by yourselves in October the other day I needed to use the windscreen washers and they didn't work, I have been informed that when a car is serviced this is something that should be checked. I phoned yourselves this morning and was told it would be over £6O per hour to be sorted and find this unacceptable when if there is something wrong it should have been noticed at the service.
