After 14 years of loyal patronage, I am dismayed by the recent handling of events. We scheduled our car for an MOT at the garage and, upon notification of its readiness for collection, were informed of an unexpected charge of £248. This amount was attributed to a vehicle service that we neither requested nor consented to. Regrettably, we have decided not to utilize the services of this garage in the future, and I strongly caution others to reconsider before making a booking here. The experience was nothing short of shocking!
