Broadgate Garage

I cannot recommend Broadgate Garage based on my own experience. I found communication poor, record-keeping inadequate and documentation incomplete. After my vehicle displayed a low oil pressure warning, I expressly instructed the garage not to start the engine, in line with the manufacturer's guidance, yet an attempt was still made to start it. When the vehicle was returned, the driver's seat had been contaminated with oil and engine components had been placed inside the cab. The entire experience resulted in lengthy legal proceedings and left me with no confidence in the business. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Broadgate Garage again.
