Not a good experience. The young lady at the reception had a poor attitude towards customers. On my first MOT, my vehicle received an advisory. I returned for a retest after addressing the issue, but I don't feel the vehicle was properly rechecked, and the same advisory was added to the MOT certificate again. Overall, I was disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the inspection.
