Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
I called to dispute a charge and remained calm and respectful throughout, yet MY Motors hung up on me twice simply for questioning the bill.
Even more concerning is how they treated a pensioner, in my opinion taking every opportunity to add extra charges, with zero compassion, accountability or remorse.
For a local business, this is an appalling way to treat local customers. I would strongly advise thinking twice before using MY Motors.
