Have used this site for many years however never ever again. I honestly have never been met with so much arrogance and complete lack of customer service. The car was fitted with new headlights and I asked very nicely if they would set them up as like most people I do not have a light beam tester at home. His attitude was “well it will fail then. And after failing if I have time I might set them” he stated that if the lights were faulty it would be a failure plus whatever else he could find! I said that they are not faulty they are brand new they just need setting up, could you please just set them for me. He said he only had half hour to do the test and wouldn’t have time. I am sure an MOT slot is supposed to be more than half an hour? He actually spent more time trying to argue with me about it than it would have actually have taken to set them for me. I understand they have a job and a reputation to keep and would expect that if a fault was found then the car would fail. But to instantly say he would fail it on something that I am asking them to set up for me. I just got the impression that he would fail the car no matter what. This was absolutely horrendous service and I fail to understand how any business can treat customers like this. I probably get cars MOTed every couple of months. But they have certainly lost my custom and I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague. Just outright arrogant and rude.
