Such an upsetting experience at Rams Westgate. I took my car there for MOT at the recommendations from others here. I left there crying. The owner is so rude and shouted at me to f¥ck o££ when I asked him what the reason for being so rude is. I can’t believe that an owner of a business would conduct themselves in this way. The lady Tracy was lovely but I will never go back. I don’t know how the staff put up with such a rude and miserable owner
