⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very disappointing experience today. The sign outside clearly advertises an MOT for £35, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost £45. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was told my car would be ready in 1 hour. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I asked for an update and discovered my car hadn’t even been started. During that time, two customers who arrived after me were being served before me. After waiting 2 hours, I had to leave without having the MOT done because I had my son with me and couldn’t wait any longer. It was a complete waste of my time. The staff were also rude and didn’t apologise or keep me informed about the delay. Better customer service, honest pricing, and clearer communication are needed.
