Class 4: Light vans, Ambulances and taxis, Private Passenger Vehicles (9-12 Passenger Seats).
Class 5: Private Passenger Vehicles (13+ Passenger Seats).
Class 7: Goods vehicles (over 3,000 kg up to 3,500 kg DGW).

I am absolutely fuming, emotional and angry with this garage, we had a change the fuel filter light come on, on our Ford transit so we drove from Market Rasen to Gainsborough to get the fuel filter changed, we only just got off the forecourt a 100 yards away and broke down, I had to ring them to tell them that we had broken down and they came out to us and said they didn't have a van big enough to take us back to the garage so they just left us, I walked back to the garage and asked for a refund and why it was OK to leave us stranded and they refused the refund and said it must be another issue, even though I argued that we drove it in no problem and it worked fine, they weren't bothered, I work really hard for my money it's absolutely disgusting customer service and service, I would never use this company again, we are now sat at the side of the road just down from their garage waiting for the RAC which is 4 hours away, absolutely disgusting and upsetting.
