STEER WELL CLEAR. These shameless crooks specialise in ripping people off. Do not go near them. Now trading as Top Cars Rugby out of the same address, the Mustata gang have an established reputation for defrauding their customers. When you buy something in good faith, you don't expect to end up taking the seller to court. Yet that is exactly what I had to do when a car was fraudulently sold to me. Following my prompt rejection of the car, the promised full refund never appeared. Trading Standards, Action Fraud and High Court bailiffs are now investigating. It is recommended that other innocent victims also report their experiences to Action Fraud, with a view to building a case against this unscrupulous dealer. If the full refund is received, I shall be glad to remove this review.

Very disappointed with the service I got from this garage, promised a warranty that never arrived,never answered phone and I now have a long list of problems please avoid or you will get burned. Con men

Bought a car recently from here. Small issues which are down to warranty but being ignored by the dealer himself!

Same as everyone else these guys owed me money back after assuring me a reserve price on a car was fully refundable, when a independent mechanic found the engine had been swapped out and it was done very poorly they started dodging my calls and ignoring my emails. Pack of thieves as you can see in all the other reviews of these guys just avoid them.

WILL YOU PLEASE PAY ME BACK THE DETB THAT YOU OWE, ONE WHOLE YEAR NOW AND STILL NO MONEY. PLEASE PAY THE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND YES YOU PROMISED A REDUND WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR BUT DIDN'T SEE NO MOMEY. THEFT!!!!!

Hi Rozza, Apologies for the inconvenient, but just to confirm, all our part exchange and trade in are send straight to auctions and we don't sell it ourselves.

I would give 0 if I could I traded in a vehicle to them and they decided to keep it on my name while they racked up £100's of pounds in fines and tickets and also the car has be seized by the police now as they had an uninsured driver using it shocking behaviour from so called professionals Dangerous and fraudulent avoid them I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THEM AGAIN While on test drive I realised all disks and pads were worn down to nothing they changed them

Not worth a star. Do not buy from this dealer if you don't want to be at loss, hundrerds thousands of pounds in repairs. Sell dodgy vehicles with long list of problems and fake warranty. Oil leak problems, wipers worn, disc brakes and pads very worn, worn tyres, knocking engine noise... all under 6 months and less than 1k milage done. Very dissapointing state.

So brought a car from here, this is the second time I’ve had to get a problem sorted on warranty, this time they sorted the problem out really quickly & had the car back to me in no time, very happy with the service I received & the problem all sorted. Thanks
