Hi Dean Campbell, Apologies for the inconvenience, but as far as we recall from our after service team, the had been support you all the way from the start . We haven't sold you a car with problems as you mentioned on your review . The wiper blades been replace it under the warranty you have with us which is 6 months . We have ask you couple of times to provide the invoice repair for the £133 but even now you still haven't provide it . You mentioned last week you are going to come down to us on Saturday but you never attend the appointment. Kind Regards After Service Team

Not worth one star they sell dangerous game with cars brought . Where do I start phone up couple times about Ford focus titanium I said very interested in buying I ask him if was in good working order the owner said so went down with my brother in law have look at the car was there sat in when turn the key the engine management light came on told him there promble with the car this first time I have ever hard this he told me because no petrol in car I please don't take piss there some wrong with the car so what they did they did very nutty trick they used there diagnostic machine to pass it so it turn off for while so thought gone off now I got got road down road started to rain turn wind wipes on they they would work they broken I thought you taken piss now broken wind wipes then when turn the lights on car the light switch panel has cut out replace with another he told me that mechanic took out put another glad I took pictures of it now these guys are taking piss too max I payed them £6800 For car wasnt worth that they I came they fix the light panel but broke wipes I go with there warranty cover I only had car for 24 hours too 2weeks and the engine management light now this take the piss the car had broken LAMBDA SENSOR that mean I read your carbon dioxide levels for exhaust so this best how did car pass the mot with broken wipes broken lambda sensor there warranty cover wouldn't cover me for it remember I only had car for 3 days I said he pay money back if pay for it get fix cost me £133 get fix now has pay me my money back so if wasn't play that way am going to trade standard and police they sold me dangerous car with Mot for car wouldn't pass yes he not aswner my phone calls to but don't know that I don't like guys who sell dangerous cars that would kill my daughter and granddaughters if she would used that car am not finshed yet I just started you take piss with me I do same back

Hi, Yes you did fix the problems on the car & returned the car back to me, The problem was it took five weeks to get the car back. Once I spoke to the owner, Things got sorted without hesitation & I was happy with the service I received from that point.

Not even worth one star. Do not buy a car from this place. The car may ok but if any problems, They wont answer the phones, Promise you they will fix the problems on the car. Say they will send the car back to you but the car doesn't turn up. Then they say we will send on another day, Car doesn't turn up. This place shouldn't be able to sell cars to the public. Not interested in customer after sales support. Just want your money.
