Affordable Cars Driffield

When I bought the car, it was supposed to come with 2 keys however, they gave us a key for a different car. We came back to swap it and they had actually lost the key, but said they would have a spare made for us as that was in our original purchase. 6 months go by of me persistently chasing and no key is made. I am then told to go to the main dealer and have the key made and charged to ACD, The key is ready but I cannot get ahold of them and they are still chasing payment from them. It is likely that I will have to purchase this second key as ACD are not paying and have gone completely off the radar. Additionally, I had an MOT booked I heard nothing from them, but the workshop has CLOSED.
