When I bought the car, it was supposed to come with 2 keys however, they gave us a key for a different car. We came back to swap it and they had actually lost the key, but said they would have a spare made for us as that was in our original purchase. 6 months go by of me persistently chasing and no key is made. I am then told to go to the main dealer and have the key made and charged to ACD, The key is ready but I cannot get ahold of them and they are still chasing payment from them. It is likely that I will have to purchase this second key as ACD are not paying and have gone completely off the radar. Additionally, I had an MOT booked I heard nothing from them, but the workshop has CLOSED.

I bought a mini it didn't arrive as advertised and the body work looked like it had been cleaned with a brillio pad. It took 5 attempts to deliver due to failed MOT, incorrect paperwork ECT ECT. They used my refundable deposit to purchase road tax without any communication and have the audacity to suggest you owe them money. Avoid this dealers and spend your cash else where.
