Bought a car from them on the 2nd of may and drove quite far to come and see it and everything seemed ok. after a month still no logbook received, I phone them up and they haven’t even bothered to send it. They then claim to have sent it so I speak to the DVLA and the details they have input don’t match my information so I am now going to have to do a V62 application. Not only that they sold the car as having a NEW waterpump only to find out they in fact used an ‘approved used’ which was not disclosed and then send me an invoice with no costs or information just using a generic invoice template. After 2 weeks the car started with a misfire which I had to resolve myself and now the car is also leaking oil a month in. I could not recommend this dealership less.
