Martin’s Basingstoke Renault sold me a family car for a huge amount of money, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car they sold me has been back to the garage 17 times, and it is still not right. A family car should be safe, dependable, and something you can trust every day. Instead, the vehicle sold by Martin’s Basingstoke Renault struggles going uphill, has stopped unexpectedly, and has ongoing gearbox problems. After 17 visits, I still do not have the reliable family car I paid for. The impact this has had has been ridiculous. I bought a larger vehicle because I needed the extra space and seats for my family, but instead I have spent my time dealing with faults, arranging repairs, and trying to manage without a car I can actually depend on.
