Bournemouth and Poole Car Sales

Just to add the dealer’s opinion on these matters, Ben Barker had a hire car (at our cost) for the entire time we had his vehicle which had an intermittent fault that once found was fully repaired at no cost to himself. This was at the same time as my wife had just given birth to our twins and one of them was in intensive care for 9 days hence my harsh comment. Sorry Dan but we have never sold a £8000 Mazda 6, if you write a review please write it for the correct dealership. And Anon travelled a long way to view the vehicle which had a short MOT. We offered to MOT and service the vehicle ready for him to collect a few days later. He wanted to take it that day, so we gave him £500 discount to cover the possible costs of MOTing it himself.

These guys are currently fixing an engine fault "at great cost to ourselves" as my car is still under their warranty, but, to be fair, that is their legal obligation. I had to return it to them 3 days after I bought it with the engine warning light on. Three weeks without car now and the only contact is from me chasing them, when I ask them to phone me to update me, they never have done. During the last phone call the boss yelled "My life is more important than your car!" Well, how do you argue with that?

i bought a mazda 6 of them for £8000 they refused to fix the problem i had with my lights even though it still under warranty i am very disappointed as ive had the problem since i bought the car, only ive been working away so not bin able to have the problem sorted! They were very rude over the phone as they refused to help!!!! I would not recommend them!!!

Bought a car from Bournemouth and Poole car sales, It was only a cheap run around with a short MOT. After 2 months it developed a problem so I called them to see if they could help and to my surprise they where only to happy to help. They said for me to drop it off straight away to get it checked over. It turned out the head gasket had gone but they where happy to put it right and they evne MOT'd it for me while it was there. I'm glad I phoned them first, Thank you very much chaps. See you again
