CAR HUB BIRMINGHAM Avoid at all costs terrible experience. We bought a car mini cooper after 6 days it broke down on the motorway. AA man diagnosed timing chain had slipped. Car hub Birmingham picked up the car the next day. After alot of emails they come back with there is a hole in the sump and it's emptied the oil. I informed them that when the car left my home address there was no hole in the sump, there is no oil outside my house or on the hard shoulder of the motorway. They will not refund our money as they say it was OK at the point of sale. They say the AA man is wrong with his diagnosis as the chain is still in tact. They have also left in the sales pack a gentleman's details who bought the car previously and refused delivery. This is a breach of data protection. Be warned people.

I am so happy with my new car it’s an absolute dream. You’d never know it was as old as 2012 because it’s immaculate inside and out, it looks like new and runs like a dream. All of the gadgets work perfectly too. Sam were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Even ensuring that I got the car super fast, from long distance, because I have mobility/pain problems. I will definitely buy from them again in the future and also recommend everyone to them. So pleased with the car I recently purchased from from Car Hub. I had been looking for a few months to change my car, but couldn’t find anything suitable within my budget. I came across a car I was interested in on Autotrader and travelled to Birmingham to view it. Sam was lovely, and went through everything with me, and I left a deposit and the car was delivered to me 5 days later with a 12 month MOT, Warranty and AA breakdown. So happy
