Brilliant service from start to finish. The guy (can't remember name sorry) who dealt with me and my new car was amazing, nothing was too much trouble he was so helpful.

I had my car delivered to my home for inspection and had only owned it for 7 days when, one morning, the key broke in the ignition. I called CarHub (even though I live 60 miles away) and spoke with Sam, who immediately arranged for a driver to collect the car from my home. They took it back, removed the broken key, provided me with a brand-new one, and then returned the car to me all without charging a penny. What impressed me even more was that I admitted the damage was likely caused by my young son playing with the key, yet they still covered it completely free of charge. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Top marks to CarHubthank you!
