She was also very considerate of my mobility access needs (offering seating, refreshments, checking if I needed anything else to be more comfortable), without being overbearing or patronising. Impressive post-purchase support. In early November 2023, we purchased a car and had it delivered to North London, where we were delighted with its performance and condition. However, come January 2024, a DPF fault surfaced on the dashboard. Upon contacting the aftersales team, we were advised to have the car inspected by a local garage. The nearby garage suggested cleaning the DPF and quoted £980 plus VAT, which seemed steep, but these are London prices. We called Car Hub and spoke with Sam, who mentioned they'd be in London the next day for another drop-off. She kindly offered to collect our car from there and bring it back to us for repair. The vehicle underwent a DPF cleaning and was promptly returned within four days, with no cost incurred. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the service.
