Purchased a mini Cooper countryman from central car hub on the 6-12-24 . On the 13-12-24 the car had to be returned to them as the car had various faults . We requested a full refund under the 14 day money back guarantee and the 2015 consumer act . We had to constantly ring to find out what was going on .We were constantly robbed of . They eventually offered us £3750 which we accepted and then heard nothing . We have had to engage various agencies in the recovery of our money. If you come across this company save yourself a lot of stress and avoid . The only good thing about them is there website . There customer skills and after sales are shocking . Once they have your cash they don't want to know and the fact of having to fight for your money back is disgusting . Take our advice and buy from your home town and not online and from a company who cares about its customers

I inquired about a Ford Kuga and was informed of their process, which involved leaving a £99 deposit. They mentioned they would then have the car MOT’d and serviced before delivering it to Kent for a home viewing service. At first, I thought it sounded too good to be true, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a go. The car was delivered four days later, on a Saturday, arriving at 9:30 AM, which was impressive. I had the car inspected by my mechanic, took it for a test drive, and was really pleased with the result. I paid the balance and received RAC breakdown cover and a warranty.
