Where do I start? I had such a stressful time after someone crashed into the back of my car. With a new job about to start, I desperately needed a car ASAP. I called Car Hub Birmingham and ordered an Audi A1. I told them I lived in Plymouth and needed the car quickly—they promised they could get it to me within 48 hours. Tight, but if they kept their word, I was happy. I left a £99 deposit, and honestly, they went above and beyond. They MOT’d the car, serviced it, did an RAC inspection, and even replaced the brake pads for free when they saw they were running low. The car was delivered to my door by a really friendly driver, who let me and my dad check it over and take it for a test drive. Everything was spot on, so I went ahead and paid. I’m absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. My dad is even looking at getting my sister’s first car from them now! Big thank you to Car Hub Birmingham—you guys were amazing!

AVOID AT ALL COST ! Terrible service when things go badly wrong and had to fight for a refund which was finally given despite our consumer rights.. even made my wife cry !

From the very first message after seeing the car online, the communication was spot-on. I part exchanged my old car, the process was super easy and efficient. I feel I definitely got a fair price for my vehicle. It was a smooth hassle free process and with the vehicle I got everything has been great so far not one issue. Would highly recommend for a fair price on a a part exchange.
