A real review of this company, dig deep in to reviews about this company before using, check the 1 star reviews on trustpilot and autotrader before you do business with the people. I wish I did!!
The worst car buying experience. The car will not come serviced, despite what they charge and say, the service “is just a top up check” according to harry! Despite having a new mot my car had many faults including needing new discs and pads, needing 3 new tyres and multiple oil leaks, something the courts are aware of and trading standards too! You will not get the inspection promised or the PDI check, despite them charging you for it. Once you’ve paid you will never get that money back. They ignore everything, including CCJ’s from the small claims court. Question why they are no longer AA approved, I think I am to blame for that, you broke every one of their standards you promise and then you’ve ran to the RAC. That won’t last long with how you trade. My personal experience, 9k car, tried to return within 14 days as is my legal right, refused to refund, they collected to repair, 7 weeks later returned still not road worthy. Several thousand now spent and court action taken and won. Still refusing to pay. Read the trust pilot reviews do your research. I would never do any business with this company again or recommend family or friends to. The company has blocked google reviews for a reason. You will be risking driving an unsafe vehicle from personal experience.

I got the car delivered from Car Central Birmingham, and I am so impressed with the delivery team! The guy who delivered my car was so professional, friendly, informative, and all-around brilliant. I saw the car online on Friday, and it was delivered the following Friday with a full service and MOT done. I had never used Car Central Birmingham before. After seeing the car online, I spoke to the sales team, who answered all my questions about the car and sent me a walk-around video to show me all the details. My partner and son actually went to see it in person and were happy with it, so we purchased it. Everything was brilliant from the sales to the delivery. The car came cleaned and fully prepared for me, and so far, I am really enjoying it with no issues. I would definitely go back to Car Central Birmingham in the future; they really gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. A big thank you from me.

Purchased a mini Cooper countryman from central car hub on the 6-12-24 . On the 13-12-24 the car had to be returned to them as the car had various faults . We requested a full refund under the 14 day money back guarantee and the 2015 consumer act . We had to constantly ring to find out what was going on .We were constantly robbed of . They eventually offered us £3750 which we accepted and then heard nothing . We have had to engage various agencies in the recovery of our money. If you come across this company save yourself a lot of stress and avoid . The only good thing about them is there website . There customer skills and after sales are shocking . Once they have your cash they don't want to know and the fact of having to fight for your money back is disgusting . Take our advice and buy from your home town and not online and from a company who cares about its customers

I inquired about a Ford Kuga and was informed of their process, which involved leaving a £99 deposit. They mentioned they would then have the car MOT’d and serviced before delivering it to Kent for a home viewing service. At first, I thought it sounded too good to be true, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a go. The car was delivered four days later, on a Saturday, arriving at 9:30 AM, which was impressive. I had the car inspected by my mechanic, took it for a test drive, and was really pleased with the result. I paid the balance and received RAC breakdown cover and a warranty. The whole experience was incredibly smooth and easy. Thanks again!
