The same as other 1star reviews,i bought a mondeo after a video viewing which i asked if the drivers seat was damaged Harry said it was just a Mark and would sort it and told me that the cam belt had been replaced and the automatic gear box had been serviced,i decided to take the car and have it delivered, MOT advisories said it needs two new tyres, Harry said they were on the car, the car was delivered and none of the above had been done, Harry apologized and said he would send money to me, he hasn't and I'm still waiting, stay clear people .

Really can’t fault. Offered a great deal on my car in part exchange. Car was delivered to my home where I was able to test drive and view.12 months MOT and warranty. Can’t ask for any more.

They delivered the car to my home 250 miles away, using a third-party company. Everything was on time, and the delivery driver was very polite and patient. He allowed me to test drive the car and explained everything about it, including how to check the oil and water. I then paid the balance and signed all the paperwork. The most satisfying part was that they kept me updated throughout the entire process, even though it only took three days from deposit to home viewing. I'm really happy with the car, and we have asked the sales team to look for a first car for my son, who has just passed his test. I'm really happy and amazed at how easy the process was.

Can’t fault.
Had an issue with car 4 weeks after purchase, contacted the sales guy and made appt to take car for inspection. Issue sorted and all is good.
