After taking the car back into the dealership due to a warning light coming on, I've not had an issue with the car it has been running perfectly. I must admit that the team were more than happy to get it straight into the garage and once they found the issue, it only took a day for the part to be ordered, arrive and ready for collection. So overall it has been a good service from the first point of sale to the aftercare

CAR HUB BIRMINGHAM / CAR CENTRAL.
Avoid at all costs terrible experience. We bought a car mini cooper after 6 days it broke down on the motorway. AA man diagnosed timing chain had slipped.
Car hub Birmingham picked up the car the next day. After alot of emails they come back with there is a hole in the sump and it's emptied the oil.
I informed them that when the car left my home address there was no hole in the sump, there is no oil outside my house or on the hard shoulder of the motorway. They will not refund our money as they say it was OK at the point of sale. They say the AA man is wrong with his diagnosis as the chain is still in tact. They have also left in the sales pack a gentleman's details who bought the car previously and refused delivery. This is a breach of data protection.
Be warned people. They tell terrible lies.
