Recently purchased my son his first car from Car Hub. They were very helpful and friendly. My son is overjoyed with his car. Really can’t recommend them enough.

Don't touch this dealership with a bargepole. I have had my car for two months and have had nothing but problems and the promise to refund us to go towards our costs has not been forthcoming. Despite many phonecalls which are now being unanswered, an 85 mile drive to the garage and a letter from accounts confirming the refund will be made, no money has been received. The car was not serviced as part of the agreement, the battery had to be replaced within 2 days of delivery, and the alloys were rattle sprayed. I have since had the car serviced, have now spent a small fortune on having the aircon sorted which revealed the front cross member is very corroded and will be an MOT failure. The MOT in April had no advisories so I will be taking this up with that garage. Interestingly it was MOTd in Dec and the advisories were to replace the two front tyres, but this did not appear on the April MOT despite the tyres having not being changed. DO do not purchase from this dealership, they are untrustworthy and outright con artists. The warranty hasn't covered anything, what a surprise.

Great! Allowed us to have a look around without trying too hard to push a sale! And then once we had picked a car we were interested in they let us test drive and were quick and efficient to sort out all of the paperwork! Top lads even stayed late on a Saturday night to get the deal done! Very pleased with my upgrade

Purchased a car from here 3 months ago. 6 weeks or so after purchase the car developed a fault. We contacted the after sales team who asked us to provide a diagnostic report, and upon receipt Car Hub arranged for the car to be looked at and the issue was sorted. Really impressed with how efficient they were and the problem resolved with no quibbling. Would recommend

From initial contact after seeing the car on Autotrader to purchase of my wife’s car our experience with dealing with Car Hub was very good. Continued transparency and update’s regarding the process of the purchase were helpful and forthcoming. The car was delivered to us 5 days after our viewing and test drive with a 12 month MOT, Warranty and AA breakdown and cover. My wife is very happy, and consequently so am I

Avoid this seller. I am having the worst ordeal of all my life right now. I bought a car to this garage on January. They passed the MOT the day before that they sold me the car and it was clear. But 3 weeks after the purchase, the car started to give me strong problems. I went to 2 different garages and they told me that the car was dangerous to drive and the last one made an official and complete report setting that the car was very dangerous to drive as had many problems that affect the safety of the car, and recorded a video. Obviously, none of the problems that had the car appeared in the MOT. I reported to the garage that the car was not even road worth into the 30 days after the purchase but they dont want to return my money back and on top of the ordeal that I am having, they are trying to say that I broke the suspension of the car in the 2 months that I had the car, when that mistake appeared in the before MOT that they did in the same MOT garage but that apparently disappeared of the MOT but not of the car, because the fault is there. I could never imagine that on top of the stress of knowing that you were driving a dangerous car, these people don't want even to give me my money back and they are trying to pay me the less possible blaming me for things that apparently were in the car before... Please, read all the reviews with one star and the ones in trustpilot. They are many people in my same situation and probably many good reviews are fake!

I'm a returning customer. Had a great experience once again a couple of years after my first purchase. The team are very helpful, especially Sam The car was clean exactly as advertised and I was provided with AA cover, Warranty, and a 12 month MOT. Definitely recommend the Car Hub if you need a car.
