Our salesperson, Sam, was wonderful. She listened to our needs and criteria for our vehicle, showed us lots of options to help us decide which model was best for us, and didn't push us towards any particular option. We also walked in on a Friday morning and Sam was very kind and attentive making sure we were taken care of while she was taking booked appointments as well. She was also very considerate of my mobility access needs (offering seating, refreshments, checking if I needed anything else to be more comfortable), without being overbearing or patronising. We really appreciated all her effort and are very pleased with our new car. Thank you Sam!

Impressive post-purchase support. In early November 2023, we purchased a car and had it delivered to North London, where we were delighted with its performance and condition. However, come January 2024, a DPF fault surfaced on the dashboard. Upon contacting the aftersales team, we were advised to have the car inspected by a local garage. The nearby garage suggested cleaning the DPF and quoted £980 plus VAT, which seemed steep, but these are London prices. We called Car Hub and spoke with Sam, who mentioned they'd be in London the next day for another drop-off. She kindly offered to collect our car from there and bring it back to us for repair. The vehicle underwent a DPF cleaning and was promptly returned within four days, with no cost incurred. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the service. where to start, such a welcoming place with great people all the way from the test drive to sales lady Sam who was a pleasure to do business with, would highly recommend Audi a5, will definitely use again.

1 star is to good for this place…delivered a dangerously faulty car. ECU failure shutting the car down with doors locked on the m1 with my wife and kids in it. They couldn’t get out and police was called. When questioned the lies harry spouted was comical. 5 times car was returned the last time he had it for almost 4 months only for me to find he had advertised it back on his website for sale!!! Had to start court action to get a part refund even though the car was faulty before I even turned the key! Avoid these jokers at all costs and they will not refund or repair the lemon they sell you.
