UPDATE - Another month ticks by into Feb and still nothing from Carvault. 3 months with an illegal and dangerous vehicle that cannot be used by a disabled single mum and her two young kids. 10’s of thousands of pounds sat in limbo. Despite requesting a refund 3 weeks after purchase with Police and trading standards involvement proving the case. It’s absolutely despicable behaviour. Deplorable by any standard. AA mediation are unable to get a response from the garage. I cannot believe they are still accrediting them after mediating in other similar cases. Just refund the money Mian as per your legal obligations for selling an unsafe, misrepresented vehicle with forged documentation. UPDATE - We have spoken to 3 further individuals with similar stories who reported to trading standards, totalling 8. Court awarded one of these individuals significant damages. The police investigation found the engine in our vehicle was replaced and not reported to the DVLA, so did not match the V5C, this coupled with a falsified MOT and Service history show that the 112 point check claim that they talk about on their website is NOT to be trusted. UPDATE - There are currently 4 Trading standards complaints that we are aware of against Carvault. A fifth in progress. Police are still investigating fraudulent activity by this company. I will update as things unfold.

AVOID CAR VAULT UK LIKE THE PLAGUE – COMPLETE SHAMBLES OF A SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Car Vault UK, specifically with their so called "representative" Mian Siyab, has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. This man and this company are the epitome of incompetence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. My vehicle was listed in an auction, and Mian Siyab himself won the auction. As per the process, dealers are supposed to contact and arrange collection within 48 hours. Simple enough, right? WRONG. Over 96 hours passed, and this man was ignoring my calls, dodging my emails, and behaving like I was asking him to hand over his firstborn child instead of just doing his job. When he finally decided to grace me with a call back, he had the audacity to throw out ridiculous statements like, "I have 10 days to pay" and that it’s Carwow's problem if they didn’t inform me of this. Are you joking? Carwow explicitly confirmed that dealers are required to pay on collection, so not only is this man incapable of basic communication, but he’s also blatantly lying to cover up his complete ineptitude. It is painfully obvious that Mian Siyab was wasting time on purpose, dragging out the process with zero regard for my time, my vehicle, or basic professionalism. It’s almost as though he has no clue how to do his job. What kind of business operates like this? How does someone so unfit for customer service even have a job? To sum it up, Car Vault UK and Mian Siyab are a disgrace to the automotive industry. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the wasted time—take your business elsewhere. This was the most infuriating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t trust these clowns with so much as a bicycle.
