This review is meant for Digbeth Motor Group...not Digbeth motor sales. Digbeth Motor Group sold me a faulty car,that had not been serviced since 2016 but lied about servicing it May 2023 and even stamped the service book,but car went into limp mode 5 times 6 days after buying it and eventually broke down 22 days after I bought it.Thats when I found out it had not been serviced at all and needed new spark plugs and coils costing me £420 plus needed a major service immediately.They refused to repair car and am now taking them to court.Digbeth Motor Group is run by a mouthy dodgy guy who is selling faulty cars with no service history,no logbook,no receipts,suspicious MOT passAvoid at all costs but if you have a dodgy car they are the dealers to sell it to,they will sell it on to unsuspecting families and refuse to take responsibility.

Con men selling people faulty car and falsifying MOT passes.They lie about servicing car before sell..not true.Taking them to court for selling me a car that went into limp mode,lost power 20 minutes after buying it and has broken down after 22 days .

WF60UJT Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 (Red). WARNING do NOT buy this car until you have it confirmed by a SEPARATE garage that a new oil sump and front left inner CV joint boot has been fitted. You are legally protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling Act 2000 (if you bought the car online and did not see it in person  before delivery). You have the right to return the car within thirty days. I bought this car online (£2498) 2nd August 2022 from Digbeth Motor Sales Ltd, Birmingham B11 2NR. Saber Ahmed (Active Director.gov.uk) arranged a third party to deliver the car from Birmingham to Cornwall (at a cost of £495) 3rd August. The car was driven down from Birmingham to Cornwall by the third party. WhatsApp communication was friendly, the car arrived with flowers and a bow and looked as I had viewed it on the WhatsApp video sent by Digbeth Motor Sales Ltd. When I checked the service history record the last recorded service was 2021. Saber said the car had been serviced 2022 but he "must've forgotten" to stamp the service book. I took the car to Halfords for a full inspection 5th August. The note on the Halfords report read:  sealant plastered all round the sump plug . This only tells me last timewas serviced they have rounded and cross threaded the sump plug sonew sump is required. Also near side front inner gauter drive shaft hashole in gauter. Halfords refused to service the car and said it would fail its MOT (due December 2022). The car was returned to Digbeth Motor Sales Ltd. Birmingham 10th August. Saber would not return the £2498 until I had signed and returned an informal piece of paper that was grammatically inaccurate and unprofessional (it was not on headed paper nor signed nor dated by the garage). The £495 for delivery has not been refunded as delivery from Birmingham to Cornwall was through a third party (arranged by Saber). I arranged delivery of the vehicle back to Birmingham as Saber would not arrange collection of the vehicle. Be careful with this garage. They are not as upfront as they want you to believe. Digbeth Motor Sales Ltd has good reviews online. I can only imagine that this is because of the initial customer service (friendly). I was asked several times on immediate delivery of the car to leave a review...now I know why. My review would have been five stars based on the customer service and look of the car on delivery. My actual star rating is based on the dishonesty of the garage: the car not arriving with a full service history and not being fit for purpose.
