Payed deposit on a car back in Nov 2020 KIA Sportage . £500 . car was not as describe driver leather seat torn engine oil all over engine . refuse car as soon as deliver . call the number of dealer . was abuse in text message which i saved , also with promise for full refund , just like previous reviews two letter came back . unknown gate away refused. unscrupulous business will soon catch up with them.

Car not as described. FSH including Cambelt and water pump change turned out to be untrue. Contacted a previous owner who told me the car had none of it and also had a second hand engine fitted. Payed £900 for a warranty that did not exist. Sold it 10 months later, fed up with the bills. Also won a CCJ but the bailiffs were told not at this address but trading continued. I even went there and took photos to prove it. Apparently now trading as '7 Automotive' NG15. We'll check that out at some point soon. Avoid Mr Brassington and his friends. They are crooks.

Total rip off in every way scammers and meant to have gone out of business a month ago but clearly still trading the most disgusting vile human beings taking honest peoples money

Bought a car from this company three weeks ago for £10k. Like other reviews service light came on straight away. We informed them we wished to reject the car having sought legal advice and could do within 14 days without reason. They refused. We have had it looked at by two garages, cost to put right is at least £3k, oil leaks, blanking plate, broken parts, sensors broken, constant lights and pinging from warnings on the dashboard, incorrect wheel locking nut, service book missing. Passed MOT two days before we got it, professional opinion since is that it should not have passed, yet it didn't even have any advisories. Since the first phone call they have rejected all our calls, our letters have been returned to us as refused or undeliverable. Two days after our request to reject they began changing their name/addresses/numbers online to 7 automotive. Avoid!

Anyone know where these guys have moved onto?? They took a deposit from us promising it would be returned if we didn't purchase and the car wasn't as described. The car really wasn't as described and we thankfully didn't buy reading the other reviews, for starters the drivers bolster cushion was literally flapping about and the guy said he hadn't noticed along with the ABS sensor continually flashing and him trying to say it was because the tracking had been done and it needed recalibration!! We've since obtained a CCJ against them but it looks like they've disappeared... they had a second lot, anyone know if it's still in use? Whatever though, hope no one else gets caught out by them

P/exchanged,,swapped..a beautiful Range Rover Evogue,for a Audi A3 ,,EPC engine light came on,they have since moved from the Awsworth site,,tried the phone number,just goes onto voice mail,,done this several times now,,leaving a message,,no one gets back to me,,DISAPPOINTED,,THEY SOLD MY CAR SAME DAY,,THATS HOW GOOD IT WAS,,AND A GOOD PROFIT..WHO,S THE FOOL..

Absolutely awful service. They will scam you. I bought a car and I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Little did I know I took it to get an MOT only a few months after purchasing, the wires in the engine were corroded, there were 2 illegal tyres (they sold with these tyres) the clutch needed re doing and everything needed re gassing and new brake pads. The brake fluid was the colour of gunge, there were so many problems and NOTHING was mentioned. They will try and sell you a car with the absolute bare minimum done to it. They come across as really friendly people but they just want your money. I spent £5k on a car which was probably worth about £3.5k and I have spent a further over £2.5k on having to repair it. If I was told it would need all of these repairs then I obviously wouldn't of paid for the car. It's just upsetting there are companies out there like this. I have proof of receipts of everything that had to be paid for and it shouldn't of passed it's precious MOT but somehow it did. I just advise anyone getting a car from here to really check the car and go and get it serviced somewhere else because if they can then they will scam you!
