Beyond useless booked a car into them on a Monday to be told Tuesday "we test drove it and looked at it Monday and can't find anything wrong with the car" looked on the black box it's not even been taken out for a test drive, or even so much as switched on on the Monday. Gear box is totally broken and needs replacing under warranty. They don't want to know. All they have done is lie and fob off both myself and partner. Will be contacting ford customer care directly, cannot stress enough that people should avoid this place.
