I have just had my second service with JCB in Ebbsfleet .I could not speak highly enough of this company. The booking side of things was seamless and the service was done very quickly and efficiently. Special mention to Chris and Steve for over and above service ,thanks again ,and I will be back when I need another service.

Disappointed and Done — Unacceptable Service at JCB Northfleet (Aside from One Employee… Bal) After several years of servicing my Kia e-Niro at JCB Group Northfleet, I’ve finally had enough — and this latest experience was the final straw. I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000-mile service, expecting professional care in line with Kia’s own service schedule. To my disbelief, I discovered that the pollen (cabin) filter hadn't been changed, despite it being over 10,000 miles overdue — a basic item that should have been flagged or replaced without question, especially for a car used commercially (Uber). No one mentioned it beforehand, no one explained why it wasn’t done, and had I not checked myself, I would’ve assumed it had been handled as part of the service. This kind of oversight — or worse, corner-cutting — is unacceptable from a dealership that’s supposed to represent quality and reliability. Ironically, the only consistently professional part of this entire operation is Bal at the service desk — a genuinely helpful, courteous, and efficient person who treats customers with respect and clarity every single time I visit. If the rest of the team operated with even half her care and professionalism, I wouldn’t be writing this. But as it stands: I will not be using JCB Group Northfleet again. I suggest others think carefully before trusting them with their vehicles. Poor attention to detail, failure to follow basic service protocols, and a complete lack of proactive customer care — it’s not just disappointing, it’s dangerous.
