Not good. Bought a van with the promise that the service history would follow. After chasing for several weeks, it was not forthcoming, and the owner was not the least bit interested (VERY VERBALLY RUDE AND GOT PHYSICAL WHEN CHALLENGED). The van was down valued by £1000 because of it. Gave up chasing because Covid started. But not forgotten!
