Manse Vehicle Management

Absolutely atrocious place - Its a wonder they are still in business. I bought a car from them and have had nothing but problems getting the paperwork sorted from them leaving me unable to use the car for almost a week. Every time I called them I got the standard "tomorrow" from them and a load of sob story lies. There was 2 salesmen I dealt with - The guy that is there most of the time is the most unhelpful, arrogant, ignorant person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Once he has your money he is not bothered what happens after that. Due to his lies I ended up sitting waiting for the problem to be sorted out every day for almost a week - only getting it sorted when i gave the Trading Standards a call. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.
