Contacted motor world ref quashqai on arrival car was in for mot they brought it within 15mins. Looked at car ,seemed ok pointed tyres wear. They said put new ones on, they did car was ready following day agreed price with my px fair deal. They offered 3month warranty , said was H.p.I clear. . Quite happy with the service received from the initial phone call to collection of my car . Definitely recommend motor world good cars fair prices. Pleasant staff . Mik

Worst and most stressful car buying! Bought a Peugeot 308 Feline from then in December. When viewed the car it has some faults and needed servicing. The dealer said he would only do an oil change service and remove the distance breaking system fault. The dealer gave 3 months warranty upon purchasing the car and paying the balance of nearly £5K. I was not made aware that there is only 1 key to the car, and they do not have a V5C although I have been provided a green slip, which never worked online or at the post office. Upon chasing at least 100 times, on which at least 90% of the time the dealer never answered, returned or replied to any of my calls l, messages and voice messages. At last, in February, they filed the V63 and agreed a tiny £200 refund so that I could fix the faults myself, which were estimated over £500. I never received the refund and the V5c took too look, which resulted in my car being clamped by the DVLA. Now I am in the process in going through the legal process.
