Do not buy a car from these guys. Over priced and full of faults. The warranty they give is worthless. Didn't have time to look around for a car but found what I wanted there. Hadn't been serviced like they said, hadn't had a new battery like they said, needed a new clutch master cylinder and new heater matrix. New brake pads were also installed dangerously the wrong way round. Absolute cowboys and ironically was told to never buy a car from Bristol especially from Asians!

I’ve bought 9 cars in the last 20 years and these guys are among the worst I’ve encountered. They the worst type of pushy and unfriendly yet forget trying to get any help once your money has changed hands. Totally avoid.

I wish I could give a zero star !! Very rude and unprofessional attitude to myself and partner when we went to view a car. I would highly recommend avoiding this place

Called to ask info about a BMW. The guy was rude, before I had even finished what I was saying he talked over me, stopped me ftom talking and then said, "OH WELL, IF YOU WILL LET ME FINISH".... excuse me??!!!! Clearly knows nothing about dealing with customers. You just lost a sale.

DONT USE THIS GARAGE. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THEY WOULD SELL A CAR IN SUCH A STATE. After paying for a check and finding many issues I requested my refundable deposit back. They simply refused giving all different caveats to why they would not refund. Clearly, if these were stated at the start NO ONE would leave a deposit. Sad to say but typical dodgy car dealers. Really really sad that these guys would allow someone life to be at Risk over Cars they KNOW are not acceptable or roadworthy or will B just cause complete headaches for their customers! How do these people sleep at night. But every action has a reaction/consequences AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Avoid - Daughter has two young babies, buys a car for £3600. Gets home boot opens only occassionally, thn all warning lamps come on, not what she expected when buying. Returned to garage, poor communication and no car for over a week! Asks for refund only to be told she could have it but LESS £350 as there was an extra driver on the log book, like that was her fault! Perhaps they should check and test their cars before selling to save thes eissues and I have a strong feeling my young daughter who saved hard has paid for the cars repair!!!! So annoying that these low end dealers feel like they can take money from those who need it the most!
