My ford focus went in with a coolant leak. With their checks I needed an oil cooler and two new suspension springs?? After paying over £550 (in two installments as the couldn't get their sums & billing right) it's still there as I couldn't drive it home due to whatever they have done to the brakes and the tracking. Drove the receptionist around the car park and she said it was appaling work. Hopefully they will rectify this tomorrow.
